Swimming pool and gardens.  This spacious and well-appointed double-apartment (TownHouse) is ideally situated on the coastal side of Guia. Casa LEWSIL is split over 3 levels, with 2 modern bathrooms,lounge/diner and kitchen. It has 2 large double beds, 2 single beds and 2 double sofa beds. The property is situated on a small select development built around a large pool, childrens pool and gardens with far reaching views, it also has a patio and balcony enjoying south facing views. Being within easy walking distance of the village of Guia, 6km to the beach, 5km from Salgados Golf Course and only 2km from the Algarve Shopping Centre. The property is well placed. The house is only 30 minutes drive from Faro Airport which is served by approx 20+ UK airports.

Nearby is the Zoomarine theme park with lots of attractions especially for the children including the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.
