Casa Rozendoz is a modern, well equipped villa with a private pool, situated with a southerly aspect overlooking the local vineyards towards Moraira and the sea.

The villa is situated on a large private plot with gardens of palms and fruit trees. The accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 10 people,2 shower rooms (3rd to be completed early 07), large modern kitchen with large dining room to the side. The lounge has 2 leather sofas as well as a 42"plasma TV, DVD with surround sound, and a satellite system.
Other communal areas include a sun balcony to the master bedroom, a shaded terrace with patio furniture, extensive pool patio area with external shower and WC.

The villa is situated on the edge of the Sol Park area of Moraira, with local amenities just 5 minutes walk away, and level stroll of 1.3 km to the centre of Moraira and the sandy beach.
Moraira is blessed with many good restaurants, cafes, and bars with a cosmopolitan feel. The traditional Spanish restaurants provide tasty menus to sample, or you can choose a selection of Tapas to enjoy with a glass of wine.
With the beautiful Mediterranean Sea being one of the highlights, Moraira offers a host of watersports activities, including swimming, snorkelling, diving, jet ski hire, fishing and sailing. Other activities close to Moraira include tennis, golf (and mini golf), karting, horse riding and walking, to name a few.

A little further a field (30 mins drive) and you can be in the picturesque Jalon Valley for a nice walk or horse ride, or even in Benidorm visiting theme parks, water parks or shopping for some real bargains, and just inland you can find the historic village of Guadalest. There is practically a local market on every day of the week in the surrounding area, with fresh produce, linen and leather goods being particularly good value.

The Northern Costa Blanca is renowned for its warm weather and warm hospitality, sandy beaches, it’s vast lemon, orange and almond groves. Situated only an hour from Alicante airport or 90 mins from Valencia airport, Moraira is easily accessible with regular flights from most UK regional airports.
