Within walking distance, approximately 10 minutes of the Marina, beaches, shops, restaurants and bars this is the ideal base for a peaceful holiday. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a nicely finished, new two storey building. It has a children paddling pool and a large communal pool, which are set in beautifully, landscaped and maintained gardens. The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom , bathroom, well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, etc., spacious living/dining room with TV, DVD and sofa bed. Patio doors lead from the Kitchen and living/dining room onto the balcony with a BBQ.
