A luxury two bedroom apartment which sleeps a maximum of 6 people, located on the stunning Boavista championship golf course close to the beach resort of Luz and the historic town of Lagos, Western Algarve. Overlooking the first and second fairways, apartment Sao paulo is in the prime position for a true golf enthusiast as well as families due to its excellent location.

Being an ex-show flat it is excellent equipped (including washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, BBQ) and is furnished to a high standard.

There are two large bedrooms (a double bed and a twin bedroom) with two bathrooms (1 ensuite). A further two people can be accommodated on a large sofa bed in the reception, if required. Both the main bedroom and reception/dining room have access onto a sunny terrace overlooking the golf course with views to the sea. Full modern kitchen with mircrowave, cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Included in the price is a maid service twice weekly and all linen/towels. Guests are allowed to use the condiminium swimming pool, located 150m from the apartment and tennis courts are available for hire. Guests also receive 20% discount off green fees. Parking is available by the apartment.
