Casa loureiro is a 4 bed roomed villa with pool, only 1km from the centre of Carvoeiro. Electric Gates give privacy and securityto the entrance. There is parking for several cars.
The accommodation comprises a large lounge with separate dining area, A large flat screen curved Smart TV. Satelitte television is available.The kitchen is newly refurbished,fully fitted with all mod cons. The Bedroom to the 1st floor has a Suoe King Size Bed with an ensuite wet room. This room also has its own private terrace. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor One King Size with ensuite shower room, one double and one twin which share a newly refurbished family bathroom.
The swimming Pool is to the rear of the villa. On the Terrace is the Gazebo with large table and chairs for outside dining. The Barbecue is situated close by
There is an enclosed room with Pool Table and also a Table Tennis table that is placed on one of the large terraces.
The Private Tennis Court is for the sole use of Clients. Tennis Rackets and balls are provided.
In the extensive garden there is a summer house with hot tub.
Air con, Hot Tub, Pool Table and Tennis Table are all optional extras.

On arrival in Carvoeiro. Go to the top of estrada do farol (restaurant Hill) Turn left onto rua dos moinhos. Follow, passing one road on your right and then one road on your left. The road will bend to the right here you see a fork in the road take this left turn and directly left again. Follow Rua da guine Bissau, the road will bend to the right, keep following, past Quinta Polaris 2 up the hill. Our gates will be directly in front of you. The key and fob will be in the key safe.
