how to find the property:

Directions from Faro Airport

There are 2 ways of approaching your holiday destination from the airport. One is along the new Via de Infante road (or the IP1 or A22) or the old EN125. Pick either of these up at Faro on the main route out from the Airport. Heading towards Albufeira/Portimao/Lagos.
If you follow the signs for the IP1 the route will take you passed the car hire parks and a turning to the right under the route you are travelling on (watch for the sign). This is the EN125 and you can continue on this route or pick up the IP1 motorway.

The EN125 will bring you through Albufeira, Lagoa and Portimao. You will eventually reach Lagos, before you reach a roundabout (shaped in a form of a sailing ship made from fountains and just past a roundabout with a bullring on the left), turn right (roundabout in view ahead) and head for Aljezur (signposted). After about 2 km you will reach a village called Portelas. Continue through this village and pass a turning to the right,continue. The next turning to the right is signposted Sargacal / Odiaxere. Turn right here and go over a concrete bridge, the stream underneath is probably dried up. Immediately past this bridge is a dirt track to the left and a large wheelie bin, carry on. Continue for about 150 meters and on your left is a turning up hill. Take this left turn, the road is tarmacked and after going round a sharp hairpin bend, continue right to the very end. Quinta dos Altos is to be found at the end, ahead of you.

If you pick up the IP1 or Via De Infante (A22) you will be on a motorway and you must follow this to the very end, avoiding turns for Lagos. At the roundabout at the end of the M-way take the first exit right heading for Bensafrim. Pass through this village and continue for about 3 km. You will pass under the M-way and after another couple of km come to a left turn signposted Sargacal/ Odiaxere. If you reach Portelas you have gone too far. .
