Quinta da Falésia is a rural property extending right to the ocean's edge over some 30.000 square meters, located in a natural reserve area, along a beautiful cliff between Praia de Porto de Mós and Praia da Luz. It features 4 villas of different characteristics and sizes. Casa Velha, the original farmhouse, is mostly built on one floor. with varying levels. It features a first floor sitting room with wooden ceiling and three windows looking over to countryside, swimming pool and the ocean. It offers up to 4 bedrooms;a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a children's bedroom with two bunkbeds (sleeping up to five children) and another bedroom featuring a single bed plus a bunkbed, sleeping 3 adults.Two shower rooms, fitted farmhouse kitchen, dining room with sitting area and fireplace. A good sunning area in a large terrace facing the lawn and the lake/pool; there is a BBQ corner, with eating area, and a breakfast porch covered in ivy, near the kitchen entrance.

The Boavista golf course is right behind the farm and beaches can be reached on foot - a 25 min. walk along the cliff pathway - or by car in 10 minutes. The city of Lagos, 2.5Km away, is rich in history and tradition, offering a wide choice of cultural events,shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and good night life, mostly within the old city walls or around the marina area.

how to find the property:

Follow signs to Boavista Golf Resort when leaving A22 motorway at Lagos/Sagres exit. Enter resort, drive right through to rear exit T-junction. Turn left on narrow tarmac road, then right on first dirt track that has wire fences on both sides. Follow track through, veering right after Vila Lapa, past two modern villas on right, onwards until two white pillars on left with name:QUINTA DA FALESIA. Drive through white entrance masonry walls, you have arrived. Casa Velha is right in front of you; attached to its entrance porch, to the left, is Casa Pocilgo.
You will most likely be welcomed with loud barking from our two dogs, Biba and Kahru, excited to meet new friends!
